Welcome.
I’m Meg, a Brooklyn-based photographer with a lifelong connection to art and image-making.
I grew up in New York in the ’90s, surrounded by constant visual stimulation. It was impossible to escape the rhythm of the city, billboards, and culture in constant motion. I still have very fond memories of the fashion district, magazine stands and public displays of creativity from my early childhood. That energy continues to shape how I see and create.
My creative foundation began with dance, almost as soon as I could walk, followed closely by drawing and painting. These early disciplines trained my eye for movement, composition and form; elements which remain central to my photographic practice.
Photography became a natural evolution of those instincts, as my artwork developed over the years. It became a faster way to draw and paint, this time with light. I purchased my first camera in 2016 and began my professional career in food photography. My work has since expanded into portrait, lifestyle and editorial photography within the music and pharmaceutical industries. I value collaboration and direction on set, and I’m deeply invested in creating an environment where talent feels comfortable, seen, and confident.
My work is rooted in truth, creativity, and culture - as it is important for me to celebrate people and subjects as they are. It is also a way for me to honor beauty, movement, and one’s true essence as I experience it.
